Basketball Recap: Brooks Finds Home Court Redemption Against Lauderdale County

There's no place like home for Brooks, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They managed a 59-53 victory over the Lauderdale County Tigers on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Lions: when they faced off against the Tigers back in November, they had to take a 56-50 defeat.

Brooks now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Lauderdale County, the loss snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 6-3 record.

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Brooks Lions face off against the North Laurel Jaguars at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday. Lauderdale County and Central will compete for holiday cheer at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Central will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Lauderdale County surely won't give up without a fight.
