Recap: Jefferson County Tigers vs. North Florida Christian Eagles
The Jefferson County Tigers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They suffered a tough 67-45 defeat at the hands of North Florida Christian. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Jefferson County in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now lost four in a row.
North Florida Christian got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Nyle Wright out in front who scored 21 points along with three steals. Jace Riggan was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 20 points and 11 rebounds.
Jefferson County has been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-14 record this season. As for North Florida Christian, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-12.
