Ellsworth kept a clean sheet against Hermon on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Hawks. Considering Ellsworth have won four matchups by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Ellsworth and bumps their season record up to 6-2-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two contests. As for Hermon, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3-1.
