Softball Recap: Potomac Senior Comes Up Short

Potomac Senior was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 25-1 to the Forest Park Bruins. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bruins this season, with their most recent loss being a 22-0 defeat two weeks ago.

Potomac Senior saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Zuri Coleman, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with one run.

Potomac Senior's loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Forest Park, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Potomac Senior nor Forest Park have any future games scheduled.
