Lafayette County wins going away against Sacred Heart

Recap: Lafayette County Huskers vs. Sacred Heart Gremlins
The Lafayette County Huskers can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Sacred Heart with a sharp 52-26 win. The win was just what Lafayette County needed coming off of a 60-24 loss in their prior game.
Paisley Carl and Bailee Vogel certainly did their best on Tuesday to try and avoid the loss. Carl scored 11 points along with 3 steals, while Vogel scored 6 points along with 12 rebounds.
Lafayette County's victory bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Sacred Heart, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Lafayette County will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Lawson at 7:30 p.m. Lawson is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games. As for Sacred Heart, they will head out on the road to face off against Helias at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
