Preview: Tenoroc Titans vs. Davenport Broncos
Tenoroc has been on the road for six straight, but on Thursday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Davenport Broncos at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Tenoroc will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings (they are ranked 750th, while Davenport is ranked 289th).
Last Monday, Tenoroc was beaten by Fort Meade 71-42.
Meanwhile, Davenport didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Haines City on Friday, but they still walked away with a 52-46 win. The victory was just what Davenport needed coming off of a 68-36 defeat in their prior game.
Tenoroc's defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 0-7. As for Davenport, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Tenoroc was taken down by Davenport 83-53 in their previous matchup back in December of 2022. Thankfully for Tenoroc, Edward Rodgers (who scored 18 points along with three steals) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
