Football Game Preview: Northwestern Area Wildcats vs. Leola/Frederick Titans + How To Watch

Northwestern Area is 0-6 against Leola/Frederick since September of 2015 but things could change on Friday. The Wildcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Titans at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

On Friday, Northwestern Area took a blow against Warner, falling 56-16. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Dakota football rankings (they are ranked 69th, while the Monarchs are ranked 11th).

Meanwhile, Leola/Frederick fell victim to Faulkton and their airtight defense last Friday. They were beaten by the Trojans 37-0. Having soared to a lofty 44 points in the game before, the Titans' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Leola/Frederick now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Northwestern Area, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.
