The Sumner Stingrays will square off against the Newsome Wolves at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Sumner is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Plant City as they made off with a 10-2 win. The Stingrays haven't had any issues with the Raiders recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Victoria Baker made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out six batters over 6.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off seven hits (and only one walk).
