West Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Valdez Buccaneers, falling 48-28. One positive for the Wolf Pack, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

West Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Valdez, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

While West Valley had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Wednesday.
