Basketball Recap: West Allis Hale Takes a Loss

West Allis Hale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were beaten by the Germantown Warhawks 87-47. While losing is never fun, the Huskies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 166th, while the Warhawks are ranked 24th).

West Allis Hale's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Germantown, their victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1.

West Allis Hale will head out on the road to challenge Menomonee Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Menomonee Falls knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matches -- so hopefully West Allis Hale likes a good challenge. Germantown will take on Marquette University in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Germantown's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
