Softball Recap: Rochester Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Romeo, Rochester was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Hazel Park Vikings a 14-0 shutout. The high-scoring effort was just what the Falcons needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

With the victory, Rochester broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 8-13. As for Hazel Park, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-16 record this season.

Rochester does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hazel Park, they have already played their next game, a 15-0 win against Redford Union on the 31st.
