Collegiate waltzed into their match on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Bluestem Lions by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Spartans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Collegiate was led to victory by Khloie Villagomez and Shelbie Emerson. Villagomez had ten digs, while Emerson had two aces. That's the most aces Emerson has posted since back in September.

The victory got Collegiate back to even at 11-11. As for Bluestem, they moved to 10-10-3 with that loss, which also ended their four-match winning streak.

Collegiate didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Kingman on the 4th. As for Bluestem, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Conway Springs on the 4th.
