The Palm Beach Lakes Rams will head out on the road to challenge the Suncoast Chargers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Palm Beach Lakes has struggled recently with five defeats in a row, while Suncoast will arrive with three straight wins.

Palm Beach Lakes is likely headed into the contest with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Palm Beach Gardens on Tuesday. Palm Beach Lakes fell to Palm Beach Gardens 57-51. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 402nd, while the Gators are ranked 199th).

Meanwhile, Suncoast won against Matanzas on Saturday with 49 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Wednesday. Suncoast snuck past Jupiter with a 49-43 victory.

Palm Beach Lakes' loss dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Suncoast, their win bumped their record up to 13-5.
