Volleyball Recap: Alief Taylor Find Success

It was a proper cat-fight when Alief Taylor faced off against King on Thursday. The Lions came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 2-0.

While Alief Taylor won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-14, 29-27.

Alief Taylor's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for King, they dropped their record down to 1-3 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Alief Taylor is taking a road trip to take on Fort Bend Hightower at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for King, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Northbrook on the 21st.
