Volleyball Recap: Douglass Comes Up Short

Douglass lost against Southeast on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Trojans took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spartans. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Douglass' loss dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Southeast, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

Coincidentally, Douglass and Southeast will both be playing Midwest City the next time they take the court. The Spartans will host the Bombers at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, while the Trojans will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
