West Mesa has gone a perfect 10-0 against Rio Grande recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Mustangs will venture away from home to face off against the Ravens at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with four defeats in a row, West Mesa turned things around against Santa Fe on Saturday. They slipped by the Demons 50-49.

Meanwhile, Rio Grande hadn't done well against Manzano recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Ravens came out on top against the Monarchs by a score of 58-47. Considering the Ravens' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

West Mesa's record now sits at 9-14. As for Rio Grande, they picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 3-19.

West Mesa was able to grind out a solid win over Rio Grande when the teams last played back in January, winning 47-39. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Mustangs since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
