Recap: Bradwell Institute Tigers vs. Griffin Bears
The Bradwell Institute Tigers entered their tilt with the Griffin Bears with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Bradwell Institute came out on top against Griffin by a score of 55-46 on Thursday. Given Bradwell Institute's advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 17th, while Griffin is ranked 147th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Bradwell Institute was led to victory by Jordyn Rogers and Parris Parham. Rogers dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds, while Parham dropped a double-double on 25 points and 11 rebounds. That makes it nine consecutive games in which Parham has scored at least 25% of Bradwell Institute's points. Another player making a difference was Jamia Ousley, who scored nine points along with five steals.
Bradwell Institute pushed their record up to 12-1 with that victory, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Griffin, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-5.
