The Laurel Highlands Mustangs are taking a road trip to square off against the West Mifflin Titans at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Laurel Highlands is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.1 runs per game this season.

West Mifflin kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since back in April of 2024.

West Mifflin's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Laurel Highlands, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-4.

Friday's match will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Laurel Highlands hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .359.
