Randolph was the 2-0 winner over Jay when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Ro-Hawks fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. The Ro-Hawks' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Randolph's loss dropped their record down to 15-7. As for Jay, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.

Randolph has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Natalia on the 29th. As for Jay, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Southwest on the 29th.
