Baseball Recap: The Carmel School Has No Trouble Against Richmond Christian

The Carmel School lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Richmond Christian, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Tuesday's contest. The Wildcats were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Warriors on Tuesday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Wildcats as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

The Carmel School picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 2-8. As for Richmond Christian, their loss was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. The Carmel School will square off against Grove Christian School at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Wildcats are facing the Falcons at the right time seeing as the Falcons are stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Richmond Christian, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on The New Community School at 4:30 p.m. on May 13.
