Haylee Walters Game Report: vs Smith Valley

On Thursday Haylee Walters almost dropped a triple-double on 19 points, 11 rebounds, and nine steals, good enough to set a new career-high in steals in the process. As if that's not impressive enough, the contest was her 16th in a row with two or more steals. For the year, she has averaged 15.8 points, 4.8 steals, and 7.2 boards.

Walters' next game is against Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage on Tuesday, where she'll look to repeat that solid effort. The Muckers got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Rams, probably because Walters had a solid game then too: she went 7 for 14 on her way to 14 points and seven steals.
