Softball Recap: Flora Takes a Loss

Flora was the 8-4 winner over Hamilton County when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Wolves fell just short of the Foxes by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Flora's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Hamilton County, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 13-15.

Looking ahead, Flora will be playing at home against Edwards County at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Wolves' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Lions have averaged an impressive 6.3 runs per game this season. As for Hamilton County, they are taking a road trip to face off against Benton at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
