Volleyball Recap: Wareham Takes a Loss

Wareham and Mount Greylock Regional squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Wareham had to settle for second. They came up short against the Mounties, falling 3-0. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Wareham was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-16, 25-23.

Wareham's defeat dropped their record down to 13-8. As for Mount Greylock Regional, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Wareham nor Mount Greylock Regional have any future games scheduled.
