Preview: Harmony Longhorns vs. Celebration Storm

After nine games on the road, Harmony is heading back home. They will take on the Celebration Storm at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Harmony has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.

Even though Port St. Lucie scored an imposing 65 points on Friday, Harmony still came out on top. Harmony walked away with a 78-65 victory over Port St. Lucie.

Meanwhile, Celebration's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their seventh straight loss. They took a hard 66-49 fall against Harmony. While losing is never fun, Celebration can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 657th, while Harmony is ranked 83rd).

Despite their defeat, Celebration saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Kendley Jean, who scored ten points along with nine rebounds and four steals, was perhaps the best of all. The team also got some help courtesy of Jedaiah Sankitts, who scored 17 points along with two steals.

Harmony has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-3 record this season. As for Celebration, their defeat was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 3-14.

Harmony strolled past Celebration in their previous meeting on Wednesday by a score of 66-49. Does Harmony have another victory up their sleeve, or will Celebration turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
