Football Recap: Colfax Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Colfax was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. The game between the Falcons and the Wheatland Pirates didn't end well, with the Falcons falling 51-33. The Falcons were not able to make up for their loss to the Pirates from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Adam Amatangelo threw for 205 yards and three touchdowns on only 19 passes. On the ground, Graeson Howard rushed for 53 yards on only seven carries.

Colfax's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Wheatland, their record now sits at 5-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Colfax will take on rival Center at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Wheatland is set to face off against their familiar foe Marysville at 7:15 p.m. on the 17th.
