Soccer Recap: Manual Starts off Right with Win over Kennedy

Manual gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They blew past the Kennedy Commanders 4-1. With the Thunderbolts ahead 3-0 at the half, the match was all but over already.

Mabel Martinez and Jayda Martinez scored all four of Manual's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Manual will head out to challenge Denver West at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kennedy, they will head out on the road to square off against Smoky Hill at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
