Navarro won the last time they faced Bandera and things went their way on Friday too. The Navarro Panthers walked away with a 48-40 win over the Bandera BULLDOGS. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Tegan Harborth was her usual excellent self, putting up 20 points and eight boards. Another player making a difference was Isabelle Geipel, who posted seven points and seven rebounds.

When it comes to explaining why Bandera lost, don't look at Gabby Barrera. Despite the final result, she put up 20 points. That was a full 50% of Bandera's points, marking the third time in a row she's scored more than a third of the team's points. Kinlee Lawlis was another key player, earning two points in addition to seven boards and three steals.

Navarro's victory bumped their record up to 21-10. As for Bandera, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 16-11.

Navarro didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 57-45 loss against Wimberley on the 21st. As for Bandera, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 51-38 defeat against Davenport on the 22nd.
