Football Game Preview: BCLUW Comets vs. Postville Pirates

The BCLUW Comets will take on the Postville Pirates at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Postville took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on BCLUW, who comes in off a win.

BCLUW will bounce into Friday's matchup after beating AGWSR, who they had gone 0-5 against in their five prior meetings. The Comets sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 17-14 win over the Cougars on Friday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Comets as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Postville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against North Butler, falling 48-6.

BCLUW's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Postville, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.
