Football Recap: Middletown Extends Winning Streak to Two

Middletown won against Kingston last Friday with 14 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Wednesday. The Middie Bears didn't even let the Pine Bush Bushmen on the board, marking the Middie Bears' second-straight 14-0 shutout. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Middie Bears.

Middletown has also opened the season with a perfect 2-0 record.

Coincidentally, Middletown and Pine Bush will both be playing Newburgh Free Academy the next time they take the field. The Middie Bears will head out to face the Goldbacks at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Bushmen will host them at 5:00 p.m. on the 11th.
