Baseball Recap: Copper Basin Takes a Loss

Copper Basin fell victim to Robbinsville and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Black Knights, falling 13-0. The Cougars were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Black Knights earlier this season, when they won 17-11.

Copper Basin's loss dropped their record down to 1-4-1. As for Robbinsville, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.

Copper Basin wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 17-2 defeat against Polk County on the 21st. As for Robbinsville, they have also already played their next matchup, an 11-9 loss against Andrews on the 18th.
