Ralls proved they can win big  on Tuesday (they won by 18) and  on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a  win as the  team sidled past the New Deal Lions  12-11. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  victory the Jackrabbits have posted  since April 23, 2024.
 Destiny Garza was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with one  home run, three  runs,  and four  RBI. That's the most  RBI  she has posted since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was  Natalie Johnson, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Garza wasn't the only one making solid contact: Ralls  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 20  hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as New Deal only managed nine  hits.
Ralls' win bumped their record up to 10-12-1. As for New Deal,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 4-13.
 Looking ahead, Ralls will host Abernathy  at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Jackrabbits will need to watch out since the Antelopes have now posted at least ten  runs  in their last six contests. As for New Deal, they will head out to  take on Sudan  at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday.
