Carlsbad has gone 7-1 against Alamogordo recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Cavemen/Cavegirls will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against the Tigers at 7:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Alamogordo, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They walked away with an 80-73 win over Portales on Saturday.

Alamogordo's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Carlsbad, the win got them back to even at 3-3.
