If Aldine beats Benjamin Davis with seven runs on Friday, it's going to be the team's new lucky number: they've won their past two matches with that exact score. The Mustangs put the hurt on the Falcons with a sharp 7-1 win on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won nine contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Isaiah Nunez spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on four hits and racked up eight Ks. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances.
