Volleyball Recap: Arizona College Prep Knights vs. Chaparral Firebirds
After flying high against Chandler two weeks ago, Arizona College Prep came back down to earth. The Arizona College Prep Knights took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chaparral Firebirds on Wednesday. The Knights haven't had much luck with the Firebirds recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 21-25, 25-17, 25-18.
Several Knights players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Christina Kuang, who had nine digs and four aces. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaycee Pilon, who had four digs and two aces.
