Softball Recap: Riverside Takes a Loss

The Riverside Warriors lost 24-4 to the Raceland Rams on Saturday. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Riverside saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Allison Williams, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two RBI and one double. That double marked the first that Williams hit this season.

Riverside's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Raceland, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Coming up, Riverside will square off against Woodrow Wilson at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Raceland, they will challenge Fairland at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
