Basketball Game Preview: Soledad Aztecs vs. Pajaro Valley Grizzlies + How To Watch

The Soledad Aztecs will take on the Pajaro Valley Grizzlies at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Soledad will be strutting in after a victory while Pajaro Valley will be coming in after a loss.

Soledad is looking to give their home crowd another W after opening their season at home on Saturday. They blew past Marina, posting a 79-41 win.

Soledad's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Pedro Morales Jr, who went 10-for-22 en route to 26 points and seven assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeronimo Morales, who shot 58% from the field on his way to 17 points.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: Soledad was working as a unit and finished the game with 22 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in January.

Meanwhile, Pajaro Valley was beaten by St. Francis 82-24 on Monday. The Grizzlies haven't had much luck with the Sharks recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Soledad didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Pajaro Valley in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, but they still walked away with a 59-55 victory.
