Gavin Black Game Report: vs Cesar Chavez

Highland came out on top against Cesar Chavez on Monday thanks in part to Gavin Black's efforts. Black scored two runs while going 2-for-3, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He also put up a double, which was his first of the season.

Looking ahead, Highland's homestand will continue as they prepare to take on Chandler at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Chandler will enter the matchup having just beaten Valley Vista, so Highland will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
