Volleyball Recap: Celebration Wins Going Away Against Ridge Community

The Celebration Storm made easy work of the Ridge Community Bolts on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 win.

Celebration walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-16, 25-20.

Daniel Santiago paced Celebration's offense, picking up nine kills. Santiago got some help from Alexander Berdeccia and his 17 assists. Finally, Santiago was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

Celebration's record is now 5-3. As for Ridge Community, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Looking ahead, Celebration will welcome Forest at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Forest will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Celebration surely won't give up without a fight. As for Ridge Community, they will head out on the road to take on Davenport at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
