Soccer Recap: Greater Vision Academy Comes Up Short

Greater Vision Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 5-1 to the North Hills Christian Eagles. The matchup was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly Greater Vision Academy struggled afterwards.

Greater Vision Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for North Hills Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-4-1 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Greater Vision Academy will square off against Liberty Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Greater Vision Academy will be up against Liberty Christian's rather soft defense (which has allowed 7.25 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for North Hills Christian, they will welcome University Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
