Football Recap: Richland Springs' Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to 11 + How To Watch

Richland Springs had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Oglesby Tigers 72-22 on Saturday. The Coyotes might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 contests by 28 points or more this season.

Although Oglesby took the loss, they still got scores from Abram Shaw, Evan Williamson, and Holdyn Goff.

The win (which was Richland Springs' 11th in a row) raised their record to 11-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 8.2 points on average over those games. As for Oglesby, they moved to 11-2 with that loss, which also ended their seven-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Richland Springs will challenge Strawn on Friday. The Coyotes will need to watch out since the Greyhounds have now posted at least 31 points in their last nine games. Oglesby does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
