Basketball Recap: Lisbon Takes a Loss

Lisbon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 32nd straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Spruce Mountain Phoenix, falling 88-20. If the Greyhounds were looking for revenge after losing 86-8 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Lisbon's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Spruce Mountain, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 12-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lisbon will welcome Mount Abram at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Spruce Mountain, they will host Leavitt at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
