Volleyball Recap: Addison Bulldogs vs. Faith Christian Lions

It's playoff time, and Addison had no trouble coming through when it counted. They had just enough and edged out the Faith Christian Lions 3-2 on Wednesday. Winning may never get old, but the Bulldogs sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
Addison wouldn't go down easily and took Faith Christian into a fifth set where they got it done with a seven-point win. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-18, 20-25, 15-25, 15-8.
Several Lions players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kaylee Norton, who had 21 digs and four aces. Norton is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 13 or more in each of the last 32 games she's played. Anna Daniel was another key player, getting 26 kills, 18 digs, four aces, and one block.
Addison's win bumped their record up to 27-14. As for Faith Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 24-15.
Addison wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Faith Christian Academy on the 22nd. Faith Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
