Western had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Marshall Redhawks. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Panthers have posted against the Redhawks since September 25, 2019.

Western's win bumped their record up to 38-8-3. As for Marshall, their loss dropped their record down to 34-12-5.
