Football Recap: Coronado Cougars vs. Virgin Valley Bulldogs
On Tuesday, Coronado faced Virgin Valley in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Coronado Cougars had to suffer through a 39-12 loss at the hands of the Virgin Valley Bulldogs. The Cougars were probably out for revenge after losing 26-0 to them when the teams met back in January of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

As for Virgin Valley, they will be playing at home against Doral Academy Red Rock at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The timing is sure in Virgin Valley's favor as the team sits on 17 straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Doral Academy Red Rock has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
