Medical Lake's rock-solid pitchers showed up for the team's third consecutive shutout on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Riverside Rams a 9-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Cardinals, who have now won seven matchups by nine runs or more so far this season.

Medical Lake pushed their record up to 11-7 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Admittedly, the team didn't face the toughest opposition across those games, namely Riverside, Colville, and Colville. As for the Rams, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.

Looking ahead, Medical Lake will challenge Lakeside at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something the Cardinals surely won't give up without a fight. As for Riverside, they are taking a road trip to face off against Colville at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Rams are facing the Crimson Hawks at the right time seeing as the Crimson Hawks are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
