Baseball Recap: Ocean City Takes a Loss

Ocean City was the 11-4 winner over Lenape when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Raiders fell 9-4 to the Indians on Thursday.

Ocean City has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season. As for Lenape, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-9.

Ocean City has already played their next contest (against Lower Cape May), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Lenape, they will head out on the road to face off against Cherokee at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. The Chiefs will roll in looking for their 17th straight victory, something the Indians surely won't give up without a fight.
