The St. Paul Lutheran Giants won the last time they faced the Kingston Cougars, and things went their way on Thursday too. St. Paul Lutheran claimed a resounding 53-21 win over Kingston on the road.
St. Paul Lutheran's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Mia Sherrill, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 13 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Julie Lunsford, who scored 16 points along with 7 steals.
The win got St. Paul Lutheran back to even at 2-2. As for Kingston, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
St. Paul Lutheran's road trip will continue as they head out to face Viburnum at 5:03 p.m. on December 2nd. As for Kingston, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Valley. Valley comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
