Volleyball Recap: Ruskin Comes Up Short

Ruskin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Chrisman Bears, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bears this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 4th.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-7, 25-15.

Ruskin's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Chrisman, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-14-1 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ruskin will welcome Truman at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chrisman, they will face off against Fort Osage at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
