Football Game Preview: Space Coast Vipers vs. Master's Academy Patriots

The Space Coast Vipers will face off against the Master's Academy Patriots at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Space Coast will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

On Friday, everything came up roses for Space Coast against Liberty as the team secured a 39-6 win. The result was nothing new for the Vipers, who have now won four contests by 27 points or more so far this season.

Space Coast found their leader in sophomore Zion Sandy, who threw for 143 yards and four touchdowns while completing 76.2% of his passes, and also rushed for 35 yards. The Vipers' leading receiver Kadyn Thomas was Sandy's top target yet again, picking up 59 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

Space Coast was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 236 rushing yards. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their rushing yard total in four consecutive matchups.

Meanwhile, Master's Academy played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 35-7 loss at the hands of Foundation Academy. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Master's Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Space Coast, their victory bumped their record up to 7-1.
