Volleyball Recap: Muir Comes Up Short

Muir was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 18th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Arcadia Apaches. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Apaches this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 4th.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-8, 25-15.

Muir's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Arcadia, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-7.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Muir will take on rival Burbank at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Arcadia is set to challenge their familiar foe Hoover at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
